On 24th May 2019, ASSAUD conducted its general election for the 2019-2020 term. Students who felt capable for various positions applied and campaign on how they could be suitable for their upcoming posts.
The candidates contested for seven positions covering different departments of ASSAUD. The election was conducted in a democratic manner with each member of the association casting a vote on one of the candidates.
One of the most interesting things that happened on the ASSAUD General election is this ballot paper from one of the members who is undoubtedly a die hard fan of Chrissmann who contested with Salvatore in the Presidential position.
The paper read 'Chrissman asiposhinda najiua' that implies a fan will commit suicide if Chrissman lose. Unfortunately Chrissman lost the battle to Salvatory but thankfully, we do not have any information of a person who has committed suicide so far.
